Guest experience

A QR menu should feel like an invitation, not a compromise.

The details that turn a scanned code into a confident order.

The scan is only the beginning

A QR code is not the product. It is the doorway. The moment after the scan decides whether the guest feels looked after or sent to a form.

A good menu loads quickly, makes the restaurant recognisable and gives the guest a confident path through the choices.

Make choice easier

Strong menus use clear categories, useful descriptions, honest availability and a cart that never makes the guest wonder what happened. They do not bury the important information under decoration.

This is not about reducing personality. It is about using personality to make the decision easier.

The restaurant still owns the welcome

Digital ordering should support the room, not remove the room. A server who can see the order context can spend their time reading the table, answering the meaningful question and delivering a warmer service.
