How to choose a digital menu without losing your restaurant’s voice.

A practical owner’s checklist for choosing the right tool.

Start with the service, not the feature list

Before comparing software, write down the moments you want to improve. Is the room waiting for menus? Are orders being repeated? Does the kitchen lose context? Is the owner guessing at the end of the week?

The right tool should answer those specific frictions.

Ask what stays yours

Your menu voice, prices, payment process, staff roles and guest relationship should remain yours. A platform that forces your restaurant into its own assumptions will cost more than its subscription.

Test the ordinary Tuesday

Do not only test the ideal demo. Test an unavailable item, a late reservation, a second round, a cash payment, a staff handoff and a guest who needs help. Normal operations reveal the truth.
