Digital menu vs PDF menu: what is better for restaurant guests?
Why a mobile menu is more useful than placing a PDF behind a QR code.

A PDF is a document; a digital menu is a service touchpoint
A PDF can be useful for printing or sharing, but guests often have to zoom, scroll and search visually. A mobile digital menu is designed for browsing on a phone.
The operational difference
A live menu lets the restaurant update prices, descriptions and availability without reprinting. When connected to ordering, it can also carry table context into the service workflow.
