What is a digital menu for a restaurant?
A digital menu is a mobile-friendly version of your restaurant menu that guests open from a link or QR code. DREAMS adds menu management, table ordering and service workflows around that menu.
How does a QR code menu work?
You create your menu and table QR codes in DREAMS. Guests scan with their phone camera, the menu opens in their browser, and they can browse or order according to the service flow you enable.
Do customers need to download an app?
No. Guests use their phone browser. They do not need to install an app or create a separate customer account to view the menu.
Can I update prices after printing the QR code?
Yes. The QR code points to the live menu, so you can update prices, descriptions and availability without replacing the printed code.
Can guests order from the digital menu?
Yes. DREAMS supports table-linked ordering. Orders include table context and guest notes so the team can act on the right request.
Does DREAMS process card or mobile-money payments?
No. Payment integrations are outside the scope of DREAMS. Your cashier or waiter confirms cash or payment details using the restaurant’s own payment process and records the operational status.
Is pay-first required for QR ordering?
No. Pay-first is an optional setting and is disabled by default. Restaurants can keep their normal service and payment flow.
Can the kitchen see new orders?
Yes. The kitchen display provides a live order queue with item details, notes and status updates for the service team.
Can I use DREAMS for reservations?
Yes. DREAMS supports reservation requests, confirmations and time-aware table holds. A table reserved for later should not automatically be blocked for the entire earlier service.

Does DREAMS include inventory management?
No. Inventory control is outside the scope of the DREAMS digital menu and service platform.
